Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, unless the order arrived damaged.

We provide pre-loved goods and that's why we save you money. Some of the products are new, some used but well-maintained.

We provide free deliveries for all orders above £30, for all others, the fee is £3.99.

We do not exchange the items ( unless they are faulty), but you can return the unwanted item and order the wanted.

We provide a 6-month guarantee for all new machines and 3 months for all pre-loved.

For Machines :

• NEW - A new machine, with an original box, but the box may be slightly damaged.
• PRE-LOVED Excellent -Used machine but looks like new.
• PRE-LOVED Verry good -Used machine with some light cosmetic marks(scratches on body part)

For Clothes and Toys :

• NEW - New with tag or box
• PRE-LOVED Excellent - New without tags or pre-loved but without signs of use.
• PRE-LOVED Verry good - Used item with minimal signs of use.
